RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Your reservation will proceed if you completely fill in our reservation form. You will receive a reply within 2 x 24 hours. if your reservation can not be confirmed our staff will inform you and offer an alternative suggestions.
PAYMENT
Payment has to be made in advance prior to arrival through Bali Bintang Tours, by Bank transfer (or All rate is quoted in US Dollar (US$), otherwise mention in other specified currency such as in Indonesian Rupiah. However, all transaction will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exchange rate based on the time of transaction. For your rate please check at www.XE.com

CANCELLATION and REFUND
The cancellation fee will not charge by Bali Bintang Tours. However cancellation fees might be charged by Hotel or other arranger with whom agreements have been made and for such condition that may occur, these fees will be charge to the clients. The amount of the cancellation fees will inform by cases on details directly to the clients.
CONFIRMATION SLIP, PERFORMA INVOICE
We will send your Confirmation Slip and Performa Invoice by e-mail or facsimile when your reservation is already confirmed. (Please print this confirmation slip and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the hotel upon check in). Note: Please mention your Confirmation Slip if you have any other inquiry such as Optional or Package Tours or any other arrangement.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Each traveler shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.
LAW OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.
